It was a great experience! I have heard so much about art of breathing and cold baths but never felt ready to do it. This fundamentals course has everything that is required to take first step forward. I am glad I did it. Steve was very professional, caring and full of positive energy. He told us everything we need to know, guided through the process and paid attention to our needs. We had lots of questions and he addressed them timely. Venue was great and I was lucky to join fantastic like minded group of people.
