Steve is an experienced certified Wim Hof Method Instructor from Los Angeles. He will show you unique Breathing Technique which can promote health, beauty, and youth.

For almost all Workshop participants, it has been the most positive and powerful experience of their lives. It's not only practice cause Steve will explain all theory - the science behind everything he does.
